Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure that all of our patients receive the best care possible, we require credit card information to confirm all appointments and reserve a spot on our calendar. Please note that we do not charge a deposit, we simply hold the information securely.
We kindly request that you provide us with a full 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to accommodate other patients who are in need of care. If you fail to provide us with the required notice, a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
We understand that emergencies, illness, and bad weather can happen, and we will take those circumstances into consideration as they arise. However, if you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
In the event that you have two or more no-shows or late cancellations, we reserve the right to require full payment upfront for any future appointments. Please note that this payment is non-refundable under any circumstance.
